About Us

Krishi Vigyan Kendra, Kathaura Amethi is a newly established KVK under the control of Acharya Narendra Dev University of Agriculture & Technology, Kumarganj, Ayodhya. KVK sanctioned on dated 08 March 2018 and it came in to existence on dated 13 April 2018 after the Bhoomi Poojan by Mrs. Smriti Jubin Irani Ji, Hon’ble Minister, Government of India. KVK is situated in village Kathaura near Jagdeeshpur on national highway 56 at about 75 KM from Lucknow and about 50 KM from district headquarter Amethi (Gauriganj). KVK has 13.0 ha land in its farm with irrigation facility. Other facilities like administrative building, training hall etc. is under construction.
